George Robert Nicholson George was born in Bielby but at the time of his service was living in Bramham. He served in the Manchester Regiment as Pte., 42086 and died on 1 August 1917 aged 26 and rests in Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery with over 10,000 other men and 1 woman - Nellie Spindler
George Wilson Holdridge George served as Cpl 235677 in the KOYLI. He died on 27 August 1918 and is remembered at H.A.C Cemetery, Ecoust-St. Mein near Arras
